Policies & Waiver

1. Membership and Payment

* Craft Club membership is billed monthly via automatic draft.

* Memberships may be canceled by emailing jollyrumpus@gmail.com at least 14 days before the next auto-draft date

* Fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

* Pricing remains the same regardless of holidays, absences, or closures per the school calendar.

 

2. Schedule and Calendar

* The Jolly Rumpus follows the McKinney ISD calendar, and classes will not be held on school holidays or scheduled breaks.

* The monthly price remains unchanged during those periods.

* In the event of a child’s absence, a make-up class may be offered if space allows, but this is not guaranteed.

 

3. Late Pick-Up Policy

* A 15-minute grace period is allowed after class ends.

* Parents/guardians arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged $10 for every additional half-hour (or portion thereof).

* Chronic lateness may result in termination of membership at the discretion of The Jolly Rumpus.

 

4. Safety and Supervision

* The Jolly Rumpus, LLC strives to provide a safe and creative environment for all participants.

* Children must follow instructions and behavior expectations to ensure safety for themselves and others.

* The Jolly Rumpus is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

 

5. Risk of Injury and Liability Waiver

* I understand that participation in arts and crafts activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of scissors, glue, paints, and other crafting materials.

* By signing below, I acknowledge and accept that The Jolly Rumpus, LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in Craft Club activities, whether occurring on or off the premises.

* I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss that may arise from my child’s participation.

 

6. Medical Emergencies

* In case of an emergency, I authorize The Jolly Rumpus staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached promptly. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.

 

7. Behavior and Dismissal

* The Jolly Rumpus reserves the right to remove any child from the program if their behavior is unsafe or consistently disruptive. No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to behavior.

 

8. Privacy Policy

* The Jolly Rumpus, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

* Information collected on this form (such as contact details, emergency contacts, and allergy information) is used solely for class administration, safety, and communication regarding your child’s participation.

* Personal information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or in a medical emergency.

* Digital records, if kept, are stored securely and accessible only to authorized staff.

* You may request to review or update your personal information at any time by contacting The Jolly Rumpus.

 

9. Agreement

* I have read, understood, and agree to the above policies, waiver, and privacy terms. I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named above and that I have the authority to sign this agreement.
